Clone Augmentation Guide
What is Clone Augmentation?
Clone Augmentation lets you enhance your clone NFTs with randomized stat bonuses that provide real in-game benefits in Misfit Galaxy. Each clone has trait slots that can be rolled with Stat Capsules to generate random stat boosts across mining, combat, utility, and economy categories.
Once you're happy with your rolled stats, you finalize them permanently and mint a unique augmented clone NFT to the blockchain.
Clone Types & Trait Slots
Each clone has a rarity that determines how many stat trait slots it has. More slots means more stat boosts on your augmented clone.
Getting Stat Capsules
You need Stat Capsules to roll traits on your clone. Each roll uses 1 capsule.
- Capsules cost 1,500 CROWN each
- You can buy them directly on the Clone Augmentation page using the Buy Capsules button
- Buy in bulk — you'll likely need several rolls to get stats you're happy with
Rolling Stats
Select a clone from your collection and click 🎲 Roll Stats to generate random traits for each slot.
- Each roll assigns a random trait type and value to every unlocked slot
- Trait values fall within the min–max range for that trait type
- You can re-roll as many times as you want (each roll costs 1 capsule)
Locking Traits
Rolled a trait you like? Click the 🔒 lock icon next to it to keep it on the next re-roll. Locked traits won't change — only unlocked slots get new random values.
- Locking costs 500 CROWN per locked trait per roll
- You must leave at least 1 slot unlocked — you can't lock everything
- Click the lock icon again to unlock a trait

Finalizing Your Traits
When you're happy with your stats, click ✓ Finalize to permanently lock all traits.
- You must have rolled at least once to finalize
- An admin must set a mint image for your clone before you can finalize
- A confirmation dialog will appear — review your traits one last time
Burn & Mint
After finalizing, you need to complete two steps to receive your unique augmented clone NFT:
Step 5a: Burn Your Base Clone
You must burn your original base clone token from the "Misfit Galaxy - Clone" collection (ID: 4415) in your Enjin Wallet.
- Open the Enjin Wallet app
- Find your clone token in collection 4415
- Burn it (reduce supply by 1)
- Come back to the Clone Augmentation page and click ✅ Confirm Burn
- The system verifies your wallet balance decreased on-chain
Step 5b: Mint Your Augmented Clone
Once the burn is verified, the 🔥 Mint NFT button becomes available.
- Click 🔥 Mint NFT to create your unique augmented clone on the blockchain
- Your new NFT will appear in your Enjin Wallet with all your finalized trait attributes
- Each mint creates a unique token — your augmented clone is one-of-a-kind
Available Traits
When you roll, each slot receives one of these stat bonuses:

Frequently Asked Questions
How many times can I re-roll?
As many times as you want, as long as you have Stat Capsules. There's no limit.
Can I undo a finalization?
No. Finalizing is permanent and irreversible. Double-check your traits before confirming.
What happens to my base clone after burning?
It's permanently destroyed. You receive a new unique augmented clone NFT with your finalized stats in its place.
Can I get duplicate traits?
Each roll generates unique trait types per slot — you won't get the same trait twice on one clone.
Where do I get CROWN?
CROWN is the in-game currency earned through gameplay (mining, contracts, trading). You can also purchase it on the Crown Exchange.
I don't see any clones on the page?
Make sure your clones have been synced to your account. Check the My Tokens page to verify your Enjin wallet is linked and your clones are visible.
The finalize button is greyed out?
You need to roll at least once first. Additionally, an admin must set a mint image for your clone before finalizing is available.
